  • Overview

    NYC/London diversified alternative investment manager is seeking an Analyst with 0-3 years’ experience to join the Client Solutions team. This position will support more senior members of the team focused on client development, capital raising and client relationship management. The role will report to the Chief Client Officer.


    • Monthly maintenance of external and internal client team materials including, presentations, fund profiles, fact sheets, risk worksheets, internal reference guides and other ad-hoc materials.
    • Manage investor meeting preparation process: schedule resources, finalize meeting agendas, distribute/print advance materials, and confirm any necessary logistics.
    • Compile and complete questionnaires for existing clients and requests for proposals (“RFP”) from prospective investors.
    • Assist in the preparation of newsletters, white-papers, and other ad-hoc materials.
    • Manage aggregation and preparation of risk metrics for internal client team use.
    • Update and maintain information for RFP and questionnaires.
    • Update and maintain CRM database across clients and prospects and their associated pipelines.
    • Collect and analyze investor data to enable more effective positioning of MKP with prospective and existing clients.
    • Monitor investor and industry trends in the competitive landscape.
    • Conduct research on prospective investors in advance of meetings/calls.
    • Handle ad-hoc requests for the Client Solutions team.
    • Represent the MKP brand as a world-class, leading asset management firm across all venues always consistent with the firm’s core values.


    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Previous internship within a professional environment required; experience on a client-facing team at an investment bank, broker-dealer, asset manager, law firm is a plus.
    • Demonstrated high comfort and proficiency working in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Outstanding verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent team player with an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
